I had a baby breakthrough the other day, and I wanted to talk about asking for help. I know that can be literally vomit-inducing for some people. And I, myself, hate asking for help. I don't like feeling like I can't do it all. So I wanted to share with you the conversation Michael and I had about this VERY important topic!
