Amelia Boone is a Spartan World Champion, a three-time World's Toughest Mudder champion, and the only OCR athlete with her own beef jerky commercial.

She recently ran her first Spartan race in three years, at Bigfork Montana. She finished in second place at the 30-mile race to fellow WTM Champion Rea Kolbl.   Amelia joins us to talk about why she came back to Spartan, the emotions of returning, and her plans for World's Toughest Mudder 2021.
