Dr. Fauci is not helping solve the COVID problems. Instead, he is only confusing the situation further by being inconsistent in what he says from day to day. Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr wonder why would people be willing to get the vaccine when, at the same time, Fauci is saying doing so will not improve their daily lives and routines.

Now that we are reaching a decrease in the pandemic because of the vaccines, the FDA has decided to permit “do it yourself” abortions at home by ordering abortion pills online. Previously, these pills had to be administered by a health professional in person, and now it can be by “seeing” a physician via telemedicine. Not all states allow for abortion by telemedicine, however.

As individual states pass laws saying their women’s sports will be limited to only biological females, the NCAA has issued a statement that no NCAA championship events will be held in such states. The NCAA absolutely supports transgender (who still are physically male and are only 0.7% of those involved) to be involved in such women’s competitions. They know how hard women had to fight to get equal protection rights under Title IX, and now they do not understand where the feminists are and why those women are not still fighting for women’s rights. It is obvious the NCAA, along with professional sports, are far more concerned with politics than with the sports themselves.

We gave up Liberty, and LOST anyway. Tragically, the relationship between how drastic the states shut down their businesses and the number of people dying from COVID did not have any real effect statistically. Overall, about 20% of all businesses in the US had to close down in 2020 because of a government order, with some industries being harder hit than others. Restaurants were very hard hit, for example; but the banking and financial industries were almost not affected at all.

When a strong economy is shut down, it cannot be turned back on with a flip of the switch. It ultimately creates shortages, from supplies and inventory to labor. Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr explain why.

When speaking with Andrew Klaven, Brett Favre expressed his opinion that politics should not be mixed with sports….not in the locker room, on the playing field, or in the press. Conflicts over race or patriotism do not belong there.

This is not the time to try to have an argument. That can be done later with an attorney helping you. But when you decide to try to run away or to engage in actions which are perhaps going to endanger the cop, you are setting yourself up for “suicide by cop”.

Her car had originally been found running on the Interstate 10 Bridge over the Mississippi River, with her personal items, including keys, phone, and wallet, still inside the car. This is a cautionary tale for parents and friends to stay in close touch with college students, and to use the Life360 cell phone tracker, even though students don’t like it. This has been a hard time for so many, and unfortunately, suicides have increased. Everyone at American Ground Radio extends our condolences to Kori’s family and friends.

“Woke” corporations, organized by the CEOs of American Express and Merck, issue a public letter which seems to oppose any changes to current election law, including requiring ID to vote. Did any of these CEOs bother to even read the Georgia law or ask their legal departments of the statements in the letter were correct regarding the Georgia law? What was their true motivation? Did they not realize they were going against 60% of Americans who want honesty in our elections?

Corporations which did sign the letter include Bank of America, Amazon, Estée Lauder, Eventbrite, General Motors, Netflix, Starbucks, Synchrony, Nordstrom, PayPal, Peloton, Pinterest, United Airlines, Twitter, and Under Armour.

Our schools are being used to indoctrinate our youth against Whites as a race, using what they are calling “Critical Race Theory (CRT)” or “anti-racism”. They are holding “instructional” sessions for whites only, including both students and faculty, as Paul Rossi, a mathematics teacher at Grace Church High School in New York City, has explained. In fact, accepting the “truth” of CRT is the only belief that will be allowed in his school. If such “instructional” sessions were held for blacks only, the press and the Democrat politicians would be outraged.

Human contact is a very important psychological aspect of how we feel emotionally. The idea of “Black Maternal Health Week” began in 2018 with a Senate Resolution introduced by then Senator Kamala D. Harris. So, it is should have been no surprise that as Vice President she used this week to claim something is terribly wrong in our health care system as it pertains to pregnant black women. She position is that racism is the root cause of “the problem”. Her claims, however, ignore critical, important facts, including the huge percentage of black babies aborted each year as compared to other races and the legal reality that no person needing medical attention, including pregnant women, can be turned away by medical personnel.

As Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr discuss, the Democrats have a long history of not reading bills before they vote on them, and apparently, also before they comment on them. Newly elected Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) severely attacking the new Georgia voting law. Even though the e-mail did not go out until later, he signed the e-mail before the bill had been voted on and while changes were still being made. As it turns out, what he was saying about the new Georgia voting law was absolutely false!

This time the question is about transgenders becoming nuns in the Catholic Church. They are wondering if — as for women’s sports — the best solution for all on these conflicts be to allow transgenders to function within a third group, and thus not do harm to biological women’s designations in allowing transgenders to pursue their own happiness.

Fauci is the highest paid worker in the Federal Government -- more than the President. And yet, how is he able to be so insensitive and so wrong so much of the time, resulting in such great emotional and economic harm to so many Americans and still keep his job?

Democrat pollsters have a very long history of getting their predictions wrong! Since 1948, the pollsters have leaned far more towards the Democrats, and completely missed the political sentiments of Republicans. Democrat polling groups always make errors in the same direction.…over predicting wins for Democrats. Are they going to do better next time or will they again “over poll” Democrats?

The Conservative Clergy of Color took out a full page ad in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution demanding Democrats and others, including President Joe Biden and Stacey Abrams, “Stop Lying” about what the Georgia Election Law really is about. The Conservative Clergy of Color make it clear that IDs are not racially discriminatory, that the new law new law keeps absentee voting secure, that individual voting rights are protected, and that there is nothing about this new law that would make it be ‘Jim Crow 2.0.'

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr debate who is at fault when a criminal steals a gun from a law abiding citizen. Louis explains about “attractive nuisance” responsibility for gun owners, referring to a concept in Tort Law where controls need to be in place to keep something harmful from being accessible by outsiders, and Stephen contends that passing laws which turn victims into criminals, by definition, is the wrong use of laws.

The best way to not end up severely injured or dead is to do exactly what the police instruct you to do when they say to do it. Trying to “get away” or arguing with the police is likely assuring you will get hurt or killed -- and it does not matter what your race or gender is. When your actions generate additional stress for the police, it never is good. Just wait and argue it out later with your attorneys helping you.

Our American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, are wondering what it will take for the “mask police” to stop demanding people wear masks. Already, there are places where wearing masks is no longer required by Governor edict, and yet there literally are “mask police” going around enforcing private property “mask rules”. While sitting in an outdoor baseball stadium in Texas, Teri was not eating her chips fast enough, and the “mask police” showed up!

Herschel Walker, rumored to be a possible candidate for Senate from Georgia, believes we could do a lot to eliminate racial bias if we would just eliminate the question about race on application forms, including college and business applications.

Stephen Parr has been looking at statistical data about the Political Party Congressional Representations in the US House, and found the Democrats actually control 44 of the 50 richest congressional districts in America! Nancy Pelosi’s district is #4 on the list. In fact, the Democrats are primarily in control of the top two fifths (top 40%) of the richest Congressional Districts, as well as a few of the very bottom of the poorest. Republicans are in control of the middle economic groups……meaning the working Middle Class (which socialists are trying to eliminate!). All of the 6 richest districts come from either California or New York, and all are controlled by Democrats, illustrating why they are so contemptuous of “flyover country”.

Dinesh D’Souza suggests the extreme Left’s demand for Racism is exceeding the actual supply. That is actually good news! But because the left needs “incidents”, we keep getting “white supremacist” news reports which eventually turn out to be fakes. Just this past week, we had another fake “white supremacist” stunt designed to attract attention and to cause trouble done by a 21-year-old black male, a student at Missouri’s Albion College. He was actually identified by surveillance security video.

There is dangerous, physical chaos at the Southern Border, plus much political chaos within both the Democrat Party and the Biden Administration regarding that mess. The Federal Government is now spending $24,000 per child per month on children who have entered America illegally and now have no place to go. So….since this opening of the border hasn’t turned out to be such a good idea and the Biden Administration would never want to admit Trump had a better plan, the Federal Government now wants the States to take the children off of their hands. The Governor of Iowa has said no because this is Biden’s fault and it needs to stop. Where is the Press in all of this?

A bill in the Oklahoma legislature to essentially forbid almost all abortions in that State became even more controversial by some of the comments made by State Rep. Jim Olsen during the Public Health Committee hearing. Stephen Parr and Louis Avallone look at the ramifications of what was said in both the context of the Second Sentence of the Declaration of Independence and how some people choose to “self-identify” based upon either the historical past or upon current day reality.

The Democrats are indeed coming for your guns! Biden says it is because we have a gun epidemic. If that is the true reason, then why be working so hard to defund the police? Wouldn’t expanding police and then using law enforcement to deal with “broken windows” neighborhood patrolling solve that? (It has worked before.) Remember that any population of any Nation with legal gun ownership cannot be turned into a socialist dictatorship!

Louis Avallone explains Switzerland has more guns per capita than all other nations, other than the USA and Yemen. Yet, guns have been used in only 120 murders in Switzerland in the past 10 years, even though there are more than 2,000,000 guns owned throughout the Swiss population. Stephen Parr further explains that the real problem is the mindset of the people and whether or not they are somehow driven to violence, not the guns. America was becoming less violent until Obama re-ignited conflict between the races during his Administration, and the extremist Democrats have not backed down on fomenting this societal friction since…..(Antifa and BLM, for example).

Our American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, anticipated this happening as soon as the “transgender” issues surfaced some time back, and as usual, it started in California! Male prisoners, who now are declaring they identify a females are asking to be transferred to women’s prisons (even though they still have all their male parts). By not housing the transgenders in their own facilities, Teri and Denise see real potential problems developing with this situation!

The Manhattan Institute is a think tank trying to “foster greater economic choice and individual responsibility”. In their recent study on American race issues, they found some concerning differences between perceptions and statistically realities. Much of that seems to be because of misinformation put out by the press and through social media. Of course, everyone getting along clearly is not a goal of the “woke”, intolerant, socialist thinking political left today.

The Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) describes itself as “the largest caucus of Republican state leaders in the nation with one unified goal: winning.” Thus, the RSLC’s Commission on Election Integrity has studied existing state legislative statutes (from both Democrat and Republican states), looking for what “make it easier to vote and harder to cheat”. They agree it is the various State Legislatures’ responsibility to administer election, not the Federal government through Congress. Biden’s $2.5 Trillion Tax Plan is not going to help the needy among us. It is going to make life miserable for all of us with the exception of the extreme political left who want to see government take more and more control over all American lives. We cannot create jobs by taking money away from those who actually create the jobs, especially small businesses. Even worse, taxing businesses only adds to the financial hardship of individual Americans because businesses increase costs on the products they sell to pay for those taxes. Thus, taxing business is just an additional “pipeline” to take money away from good Americans who can least afford it. Thus, overall American spending will decrease, hurting the economy.

We know President Trump literally worked all day and most of the night throughout his 4 years in the White House. It is a very demanding job, which Trump has even described as being a “50 hours a day of really hard work” kind of job. We also know Joe Biden seems to be having increasing difficulties cognitively. So who is really running the Country? What is really troubling is whoever it is, that person was NOT chosen to be “acting President” by the American People.

Utah is the first state to requires biological fathers provide one-half of the “prenatal child support” for the mother, meaning maternity medical costs. Our @American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, are supportive of this new Utah law and are hopeful it will increase the partnership responsibility between the father and the mother going forward in the raising of their child, married or not. It is not surprising, however, that Planned Parenthood immediately came out against this, and Democrats in general don’t seem to like it either. Instead, they are wanting governments to expand Medicaid and apparently leave the men out of it. How could that position possible be good for American society?

All in the name of “racial justice”, Baseball threw a “Woke” temper tantrum and moved its All-Star Game from Atlanta (51% black) to Denver (10% black). They say they did it because they are against Photo Voter ID requirements in Georgia. Did they not notice Americans have already proven they dislike Sports messing in politics? Since 64% of Americans are supportive of the new Georgia Photo ID voting requirement, this is going to be interesting. After all, even the Supreme Court has upheld the constitutionality of states having voter ID requirements in their election laws.

Texas was the first state to drop all of its COVID mandates, including wearing masks, social distancing in public, and public building and business occupancy. Five weeks later, Texas' new daily COVID cases have been cut by 60%, and related deaths have dropped by 67%. States still under tight lockdown have not had similar results, including New York (cases up 2%), Illinois (cases up 60%), Pennsylvania (cases up 69%), and Michigan (500%). The data is indicating the lockdowns are not working, and Republican governors are doing a better job than Democrats in managing the COVID related affairs of their states.

So many are having problems understanding why the Southern Border States (Texas and Arizona especially) are having such a fit about Biden’s current attitude about managing that US border. Well, consider this: How many children are enrolled in your nearest elementary school? 400? 600? Now, think about every one of those children being transported to the Southern Border by criminal human traffickers, dumped, and abandoned. Now add to that, one school a day without end! How could anyone, even Democrat or members of the Press, not think that is an out-of-control CRISIS?

75% (3 out of 4) Americans say they favor requiring ID before being able to vote. This includes 89% of Republicans, 71% of Independents, and 65% of Democrats. Only 19% of Americans think requiring Voter ID is a bad idea, and apparently that is including Biden, his supporters, and a number of executives in Corporate America.

It is important to understand “Jim Crow Laws” were laws legalizing and enforcing racial segregation. When the press and the Democrats throw that term around in reference to any State’s Voting Laws, including Georgia’s, they are absolutely telling lies! As Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr explain, however, all of this is because the Democrats are trying to force onto all the States “mandatory voter registration” for all, even though the Constitution is clear that voting rules are a State matter, not a Federal matter.

Texas dropped the mask mandate and opened up business again in March. Since then, the number of Texas COVID cases has continued to go down. Maybe it is time for all States to follow the example Texas and Florida have set.

There is no such thing as “cancelling” student loan debt. SOMEONE is going to have to pay for that debt, and that “someone” would be all American taxpayers. Republicans support Capitalism. Thus, they support small business far more than big business because most jobs in America come from small business. This also means Republicans support America’s workers! On the other hand, Big Business (especially multi-national businesses), along with their corporate executives, are firmly entrenched with the Democrats and their “woke” mentality. Why? Because it enables Big Business to convince Big Government to pass regulations and restrictions designed to keep the small business out of the competition — actually creating monopolies, which is not good for Capitalism. This problem includes Big Tech.

Artur Pawlowski, the minister at the Fortress (Cave) of Adullam, in Calgary, Alberta (CA), is seen on video running Canadian Police and Health Officials out of his church, telling them not to come back without a warrant. "Do not come back you Nazi psychopaths! Unbelievable sick evil people! Intimidating people in a church during the Passover!" he shouts. "You Gestapo Nazi communist fascists!” Pawlowski is an immigrant from Poland, so he understands how a bullying government can destroy individual freedoms. The video reportedly was viewed over 1 million times by Easter Sunday.

Our Nation is a Federalist Nation, meaning each state is in charge of its own affairs, independent of the Federal Government. That is also why the 10th Amendment exists….to reinforce that Federalist principle. So why is President Biden calling for an economic boycott of the State of Georgia? Why is he against the various States making adjustments to its election laws as it believes is best to provide fair elections? Remember that“Rule of the Mob” cannot be tolerated by the American citizens.

The 1st Amendment protects the Citizens’ Right to boycott as an expression of Free Speech. A significant historical boycott is the Montgomery, Alabama Bus Boycott which began on December 5, 1955 to address the grievances caused by segregation. But Federal Officials, especially the President of the United States, cannot be calling for boycotts of any individual state in an effort to change the laws passed the legislature of that state. Our system of government being Federalist does not give any Federal person that right, especially because of the 10th Amendment!

One of our listeners wrote a long, emotional letter asking for words of advise on how to deal with her profound loss of her husband and her losing her Faith. People who seem to find a way to blame RACE (especially Black vs White) as the root cause for everything should be viewed with extreme caution. Charles Barkley has recently said there is no reason to be blaming problems on race. He is of the opinion that “…our system is set up where our politicians, whether they're Republicans or Democrats, are designed to make us not like each other so they can keep their grasp of money and power.” Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr believe when we start blaming absurd issues, such as a lack of weight loss, on race, then it is time to completely ignore the ‘racist race pushers’!

Stephen Parr, drawing upon his background as an unbiased reporter, explains there is a difference between editing video because of time constraints and editing video to convey a lie. He provides the evidence that '60 Minutes' did its edits in such a way as to convey a very dishonest report about Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. So, NO! The grocery chain, Publix, did not have an exclusive access to the distribution of the Coronavirus Vaccine in Florida. Publix was just the first one ready to get started. CVS and Walgreens were added when they were ready.

After discussing Pete Buttigieg getting caught on video as he tried to stage a fake bicycle ride to work, Stephen Parr and Louis Avallone talk about a recent Federal 6th Circuit Appeals Court which decided, in keeping with the 1st and 14th Amendments, a University professor could not be punished for refusing to use a transgender student’s “preferred pronouns”. The “woke” liberals no longer can claim that “personal truths” are “factual realities”.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr are trying to figure out why the Biden Administration just started a competition, with a $500,000 prize, to invent a better face mask for "for general public use,” just as the COVID vaccines are becoming available for most of the American People. Those most at risk are now almost all fully immunized, and we are advancing towards the critical point of herd immunity.

Be careful about what the Democrats are pushing you to boycott! And be careful about which businesses and big corporations are attacking the various States’ Republican Legislators, as well. They are attacking every state trying to strengthen the respective states’ voter laws in a effort to make sure the 2022 election is truly fair and honest. They are throwing around attacks using “Jim Crow Laws” as a verbal weapon. BUT….remember the Democrat Party is the party of projection. In this case, it is the Democrat Party whose history is deeply embedded with Jim Crow segregation and discrimination!

Lester Holt (NBC anchor) said different people have different “sets of facts”. Stephen Parr points out that there is no such thing as “different sets of facts”…..facts are facts. They cannot change from one person to another. Is someone as critical to imparting information to the American public really that confused as to the difference between FACTS and OPINIONS? Facts must be able to be substantiated. Journalists MUST focus on substantiated facts, and not confuse that with opinions being presented as “facts”.
