The current 116th Congress has passed 216 total laws in the past two years, which is actually only about 1% of all the bills introduced into this Congress. Is quantity important or is it quality of the bills which end up being passed? What this Congress focused upon was trying to destroy the Trump Administration.

Capitol Hill Lutheran Church, in Des Moines, Iowa, found a way to pay off all of the medical debt of all Iowans across the state. They saw this a part of their Church Mission in this pandemic year of 2020. Stephen Parr explains how they were able to do this through an organization called RIP Medical Debt.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr discuss the situation of both the Democrat and the Republican Parties from the contested states having slates of Electoral College Electors submitting their votes for President and Vice President. In each of these states, there currently are ongoing lawsuits over the outcome of the election. When Congress meets on Jan. 6, 2021, these dueling electors will be present, and depending upon the outcome of the lawsuits for each state, the correct electors will be casting their votes. There actually is precedence for this situation going back to 1877 when Rutherford Hayes became President.

Louis Avallone explains the process of the actual voting for President in the Congress on January 6, 2021, with a number of states having Dueling Electors. Stephen Parr explains that in order for Donald Trump to success, there are a number of difficult hurdles to get over in this process.

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is demanding "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" prevent Lauren Daigle from participating in their New Year’s Eve program because she performed at a November “Let Us Worship” rally in the New Orleans French Quarter. Our @American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, point out the inconsistency between the Mayor’s support of a swingers convention in New Orleans in November where 41 developed COVID and her opposition to a similar protest assembly demanding the right to worship in which Lauren Daigle did perform.

After talking about the newly released information about the error rate of counting absentee ballots in Michigan, Stephen Parr and Louis Avallone move on to “Digging Deep” about the Hunter Biden laptop, documenting a number of alleged crimes, from tax crimes, international influence peddling, and perhaps even sex crimes involving a minor. There even is evidence of Joe Biden having engaged in illegal activity as well. AND THE MEDIA KNEW IT.

Many black pastors have collectively sent Georgia Democratic Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock a letter quite upset about his very pro-abortion position, in spite of the damage abortions have done to the overall American Black population. Warnock currently is the pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, which was Martin Luther King’s church. He is in a runoff against Georgia Senator Kelly Lynn Loeffler.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr report the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Texas case is not the end of legal options regarding the Presidential Election. Apparently, the majority of Justices are of the opinion that Texas has not been harmed by how other states operated their dishonest elections. The decision to not allow the Texas case to go forward means Texas and the other states which believe they have been harmed have no other place to take their grievances to. Fortunately, there is another case still pending before the Supreme Court, as Louis explains.

Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) has introduced a bill which would ban biological men from participating in women’s sports. The problem is the Title IX protections for female athletes has been destroyed by letting transgenders compete against them. But this is going nowhere because Gabbard did not run for re-election to the US House.

Over 20 Police Chiefs from around the Nation have resigned this year. A number of them were women and ethnic minority individuals who were being blamed for being racist or running racist police departments. Louis Avallone says it is too easy to use Police Chiefs as an excuse for poor leadership from Mayors and City Councils, who are extreme Democrat politicians. Stephen Parr explains what those people are really doing is defunding the police, making it impossible for local law enforcement to do their jobs.

Almost all of the States and the Federal Government have filed a Federal Antitrust Law Suit against Facebook. Specifically, Facebook has been buying out rivals to eliminate competition and to give them an effective monopoly in their digital industry. This then enabled Facebook to control the online social media ad market. The Federal Government (through the FTC) also previously sued Google for the same monopolistic problems.

The only group of Americans whose mental health improved this year, according to Gallup, was the one where people attended Church at least once a week…as in The Church with a congregation.

Louis Avallone explains the National headlines are misleading about the ruling from the Supreme Court regarding on of the pending Pennsylvania cases. It was not a ruling on the case itself. It just was that the Court denied “injunctive relief”. Louis explains that “injunctive relief” must be applied only when there is no way to later undo what would otherwise be done — as in an execution.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr go over a number of lies which have been reported about the Georgia election counting. There was no water main break. Republicans really were run out of the counting area. And YES, the voting machines did connect to the internet!

The Attorney General of the State of Michigan said her son was devastated that someone said Merry Christmas to him. Our @American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, do not believe saying “Merry Christmas” is a bad thing. In fact, they wonder how a child could become devastated by someone saying “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Hanukkah”.

An article in American Greatness” indicates we do not have good science justifying the closing of America’s restaurants to control the spread of COVID. The article says closing restaurants, especially those serving outdoors, is ridiculous. “They are cruel, unconstitutional, and devastating to the hospitality sector, the nation’s second-largest private employer.” Furthermore, it is destroying a huge segment of American business permanently, with the loss of 110,000 restaurants so far. A study out of Switzerland shows the coronavirus is more likely spread within families, not restaurants.

Elon Musk has personally moved to Texas. He still has manufacturing in California, but he has had enough of California’s unconstitutional treatment of California residents. He regards the “shelter in place” orders as “forcibly imprisoning people in their homes against all their constitutional rights”. He also will save a lot of money because Texas does not have a State income tax.

Democrat Mayors shut down businesses, putting people out of work, including in Shreveport. Now Shreveport is giving bonuses to their still employed bureaucrat government workers. Who is going to have to pay these bonuses? The same residents the Democrat Mayors put out of work!

Our American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, are quite upset over the unfairness of a film crew being able to eat outside next to a restaurant that the Mayor of Los Angeles ordered shut because of COVID. Angela Marsden, owner of the Pineapple Hill Saloon and Grill, spent about $80,000 to make her restaurant COVID compliant, but the LA Mayor shut down all restaurants. She then discovered a film crew in the parking lot next door eating. This whole situation has gone way too far. The suicide rate in California is terrible because of the very strict, ongoing lockdowns and shutdowns.

Musa al-Gharbi, a professor of Sociology at Columbia University has written an article explaining that Diversity Training actually does not work. In fact, it could do more harm than good. In fact, it actually can cause even greater resentment to a particular group of people. Rather than stressing differences among people, he writes “encouraging people to ignore racial and cultural differences often results in diminished cooperation across racial lines.”

Robert Unanue, CEO of Goya Foods, has designated Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as Goya’s "employee of the month”! AOC tried to start a boycott of Goya Foods; but Conservatives did what they always do in the face of liberal boycotts — they went to the store and bought! That caused Goya’s sales to go up 1000%! Bottom line is Conservatives really do not like the Liberals’ “Cancel Culture”.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr try to understand what Joe Biden meant when he told CNN’s Jake Tapper that he, Biden, would develop disease and resign if he and Kamala Harris have some sort of fundamental disagreement. And in Georgia, more than 23,000 mail in ballots were located that were nearly all marked for Biden. Are these those “nearly perfect, brand new paper ballots” that did not look like they went through the mail that were nearly 98% for Biden?

Not well reported in the Nation’s news, Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito agreed to have the Supreme Court here a second election case out of Pennsylvania, this one over whether or not their mail-in voting was unconstitutional. At issue is whether or not the Pennsylvania Constitution had to be amended in order to make this change. Alito set the date for the Pennsylvania to respond as set a deadline for the State of Pennsylvania to respond as being December 9th, which is the day after Pennsylvania is to pick their “electors”. Why?

The Democrats have long believed that they can control states with a heavy percentage of Black and Hispanic voters. In spite of all the mess this year, election results do not support that racist, Democrat mantra. Religion has a big impact on voting preferences. Only two groups, Catholics and non-believers, have moved closer towards the Democrats. Every other religious group moved towards the more conservative values of the Republicans.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr share information about a security video showing the emptying of the Atlanta vote counting center, and afterwards, 4 people remain and continue to count ballots for that were previously hidden. The counting continued for several hours and was clearly being done in violation of the Georgia Election Laws.

He further explains we cannot look at any hurricane season in terms of just one ocean body, but rather have to consider all the oceans as a whole. So no, this was not a terrible hurricane season and is not an indication of any “global warming”. That is because the other ocean bodies were relatively quiet.

The 4th Circuit Federal Appeals Court has just ruled the North Carolina voter ID law is indeed constitutional! The Democrats have been fighting voter ID laws for years, claiming it is discriminatory against minorities. Really? Don’t minorities drive cars, go to the doctor, fly on planes, or drink beer? It has been part of the North Carolina State Constitution since 2016. But it was not allowed to be in effect for the 2020 election because of Democrat court fights.

Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr discuss how President Trump gave a 45-minute speech today, and the news media ignored it. This 2020 disputed election, with evidence of preplanned fraud continuing to come out in volumes indicating that hundreds of thousands of votes are probably fraudulent, may well be one of the biggest crises in our Nation’s entire history. Votes were cast by dead people, by people who did not legally live in that state, by people literally stealing another person’s vote before that person voted, by people creating totally fake ballots, and by people slipping in fake USB drives full of fake votes. If enough of this is found to be true, then Biden becoming President is not in keeping with the will of the voters.

Restaurant owner Mitch Spangler said he would not be in business any more if he did. He said he must stay open as a matter of survival for his family and his employees.
