Kevin Oates is the Executive Director & Founder of MYRO (Maine Youth Rock Orchestra), aimed at providing orchestral students educational opportunities to perform with professional touring artists. Kevin has been engulfed in music since first picking up a cello at the age of four. After college, Kevin embarked on a teaching career and for eight years he worked as an orchestra instructor within the Maine Public School System. A TEDx Speaker, Kevin followed his passional of running his own non-profit agency and remains committed to the art of music and revolutionizing music education.

Our guest this week is Edmond Cotton, a 60-year-young teacher of yoga, who specializes in helpful breathing techniques, postures and transcendental meditation. Born in Trinidad, at the age of fifteen, Edmond moved to Brooklyn, NY where upon entering college he became interested in mindful healing.
