Gen. Mark A. Milley, the top military official in the United States and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told the Washington Times he knows nothing about secret UFO crash retrieval or reverse engineering programs. He also said he has never seen any information that supports the assertion that there’s an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.
