  • Episode 5: Overcoming Secret Sabotage: Winning Against 'Crabs in a Barrel' Syndrome

Are you aware of how many people secretly want to see you fail? While its true you may have friends and family who genuinely want to see you succeed, unfortunately, not everyone has your best interest at heart. "Crabs in a Barrel" is a metaphor that describes how people within a specific culture or community, secretly harbor resentment for familiar individuals attempting to enrich their lives by pursuing avenues of opportunity and successful ventures.

Even it it means they may miss out on reaping benefits once you've 'made it', individuals who know you may feel you are not supposed to surpass them--even if they're doing nothing to advance themselves. By withholding or withdrawing support from your new endeavors, they mistakenly believe this will thwart your chances for advancement. It doesn't. In this episode, I show you how to recognize 'frenemies' (enemies disguised as friends) and how to deal with them accordingly.

  • Episode 4: Misogyny Unveiled: Tracing the Roots of Gender Violence Across History

Have you noticed misogyny has no native language, religion or culture? Misogyny is one of the universal vices that plague women in every country. The rates of violence committed against women around the world is absolutely terrifying. Misogyny is at times adopted and modified by women. However, it is mostly perpetuated by men. Misogyny existed in ancient times--long before the birth of Christ.

The origin of deep, intrinsic hatred of women is as mysterious as the whereabouts of Queen Nefertiti's burial chamber. What is it about women that turns some men into violent rapists and murderers? Where did the disconnect between harmonious relationships between men and women begin? Was there a time in history where men did not seek to dominate and control women? In this episode, I shed light on stories of females of diverse ages and cultures, from around the world who are victims of physical and sexual violence. Join me in deciphering why misogyny exists and if any solutions may be utilized to eradicate it from every society...forever.

  • Episode 2: Solitary by Choice: The Impact of Single Living on Global Populations

Studies have shown men have access to fewer female dating partners due to women adopting higher dating standards. Could this be a factor in why key regions of the world are experiencing massive declines in population? What are the common denominators that have caused women (and some men) to shun dating candidates they perceive as non viable romantic partners?

Women in South Korea are avoiding relationships due to a harsh employment culture and strenuous marriage duties while women in China and Japan are steadily transitioning out of the childbearing stage into advanced age. Japan's Prime Minister, Fumio Kishida says “Our nation is on the cusp of whether it can maintain its societal functions.” For Japan, time is of the essence to correct the country's declining birth rate. Things have become very bleak for the "world's oldest society."
