Today we are lucky to have Pam Van Ahn, Executive Director of Caring Together in Hope, a nonprofit located in Roswell, GA. The mission of “CTH” is to advocate for and support the family caregiver who provides at-home care for a person with Ad/dementia. CTH also assists with funding of respite care for these families. Come and learn about a new concept that would be wonderful to have throughout the US.
