Escape From New York Reboot

During StudioCanal's presentation, it was announced that a reboot of John Carpenter’s classic 1981 dystopian action film, Escape from New York, is officially happening. StudioCanal is partnering with The Picture Company to bring the iconic, eye-patch-wearing Snake Plissken back to the big screen. No casting announcements have been made yet regarding who will take over the legendary role from Kurt Russell.
