Breaking Free from Social Media: Rediscovering Confidence and Your Own Path

Have you ever found yourself doing things because you feel you have to rather than because you want to? 

It was the realisation that I was jumping through hoops on social media that caused me to step away from 'creating content' and in this episode of 'An Espresso Shot of Confidence' I explore my decision to step back from social media and the business world's demands. And, I encourage you to do the same to get some distance and figure out what you really want!
