Ahead of the first official mayoral debate of the primary season veteran Democratic strategist Bruce Gyory joined Errol to analyze where things stand in the campaign and discuss how ranked-choice voting could change everything this year. He also discussed whether newspaper endorsements will sway any voters, as two editorial boards back candidates in the race. And since he has worked on mayoral campaigns in the past, he offered some historical insight into how this year’s contest compares to previous ones.
