Today we had the pleasure of meeting Riya Sokol, one of the most recognizable speakers and mentors in Poland. She is known for inspiring others to live consciously and for her unconventional approach to reprogramming the subconscious mind. During this conversation she shares her journey with mental health and how experiencing severe anxiety and depression led her to reclaiming her power. We also talk about how time is not linear and how the present moment is a culmination of our past. She then goes on to explain how our thoughts act as source code that programs our reality, and how we have the ability to rewrite it.
