  • Bodyweight >> Actual Weight
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/rtliglhmjo
During my first year of working out, I was focused just on lifting the heaviest possible weight. It had to do more with ego than with health, and I thought that as long my muscles are strong due to the weights I lift I'll crush all the pushups, pullups, sit ups, etc.
That turned out to be far from the truth. Also, the more I learn about body building I'm convinced that body weight workouts are better for your health and muscles, they build endurance, and they make you "truly" strong so it's not just about muscle mass.
I'll be trying to replace most of the workouts with bodyweight ones, already did so for many workouts and still will continue to do so.

  • Grammar Matters And Here's Why!
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/dumzwovuvj
As an English teacher; I was told by countless English learners that grammar doesn't matter as long as people can understand what they say.
I agree that understanding and being understood should be the top priority to any language learner, but here's exactly why grammar matters!

  • This Video Looks Unreal 😂
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/vkgfnlcfnz
The reflection on the water makes it seem like it was edited or something, and thank god I had my camera then because my phone wouldn't have got even quarter this beauty.
This video was in Rasheed, Egypt. In the middle of the nile river on a ship. It was a family trip that I really enjoyed and took so many videos and photos this day.

  • It's The Beautiful City of Dahab
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/lsslmnonvu
This is the main street in Dahab, where all the hotels, camps, cafes and shops are. This is a place I used to walk at every single day for a long while, I was kinda living there for a short period, and it was where I found true peace.
The city has tourists from all countries, it's super friendly and known for its vibes, and that it combines both nature and the good aspects of a city in one place.
So, you still have convenience while enjoying all forms of nature there.
I always felt it's just me who didn't travel a lot so I'm easily attached to the place, till I met many people from different countries who expressed endless love for this city, many of them came here before I was even born.
One man told me when I asked: Is it your first time here? "I come here once a year, for the past 23 years" Only then I was convinced I'm not the only one who feels this place has magical vibes, feelings, and emotions.
Between all beautiful spots in Egypt like Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm Elsheikh, Taba, Siwa, Elfayoum, Dahab is my favorite.
Very soon I'll move back into Dahab hopefully to get back to the lifestyle I had then.

  • Heading To The Blue Lagoon
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/qswcogkayt
The Blue Hole is considered one of the most dangerous diving sites in the whole world, in some rankings it's "the" most dangerous. It also has some of the best coral reef and diverse fishes, that's why people dive there and risk their lives, and because it's one of the deepest diving sites.
We arrived this day at the Blue Hole, spent some time there diving and snorkeling, then we took this boat to get us to the Blue Lagoon, which is also a super beautiful spot, looks something like the maldives 300 years ago or something. Clear water, huts, and peace.
I was afraid to risk my camera falling in the sea or water getting into it but I wanted to save this moment 😂

  • This Video Just Keeps Getting Better
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/vmkejnvlzr
The Three Pools of Dahab, South Sinai, Egypt. This place is one of the most comfortable places I've been to. The junction of the sky, the beach, and the mountains is from another world, but you have to look from a specific spot to see it.
I used to stare at this view for hours and on several days, it's where I just felt the best I think.
Tell me if you can sense the vibe of this place or is it just me getting emotionally attached to this place 😂

  • Today's Swim and a little achievement
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/nvjfagrekz
Usually I take 3 up to breaths in this 25 metre swim. Today I took only two, and the reason is I didn't smoke before swimming and I was also at the gym so my lungs were smoke free which really affects my breath.
I'm sure that once I quit smoking completely I will perform better in all different sports and my overall health would improve significantly, it's the worst habit that someone can pick up, unfortunately I did at a very young age, but hopefully and very soon, I'll quit once and for all.
i already cut the amount of cigarettes to less than quarter and I'm here fighting with that last quarter.
My slogan and a friendly reminder: Exhaust the body to tame the mind!

  • I just found this (31-1-2024)
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/ezqkuvyewh
I just found this video in one of the folders on my hard drive and countless memories came to mind.
That was a perfect morning in Dahab, South Sinai, Egypt. It was my third day there then and I was still exploring the city and getting to know more about it.
I have thousands of videos and photos there and back then photography was a fundamental part of my everyday life. It's also where I even started developing interest in photography, before that I was just interested in content creation.
People say leave the camera and enjoy the moment, I think I enjoy the moment when I'm recording and I relive it several times when I watch the videos.

  • Upper Body Workout That EXHAUSTs
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=anassharkawwy/msitjdbjob
I believe calling this community Exhaust is brilliant! What better feeling than being both exhausted and accomplished? I always say: exhaust the body to tame the mind! At least that's how it works for me.
The more effort I put into working out, I feel better, I sleep better, I think in a more organized way, it keeps me away from my bad habits and brings me closer to my goals and the lifestyle I aspire to.
Do you have trouble sleeping? Workout. Do you have a short breath? Workout. Do you often overthink? Workout.
Working out can be the answer to many of your problems, give it a try. Exhaust the body, and you'll tame the mind!
