Rafael, who’s been in the live wrestling business for over 25 years including stints with WWE and Impact Wrestling, pulls back the curtain on the logistics of staging and producing live wrestling events for TV or otherwise. He explains the venue selection process, routing and scheduling, what it takes to move the ring, stage and production pieces to each location, and how ticket sales are managed for each event. He talks about local promotion for each show, some of his favorite moments with various talent including Chris Jericho and John Cena, some of his favorite venues, and why match-ups no longer dictate sales.
