Where is this I?

What part of me is clingy, needy, afraid, angry, judgmental, inflated, deflated?

Where is this self?

The Buddha asks us to unpack what's really going on here.

If you want to wake up, you have to see clearly reality. We are not born seeing reality.

We’re born in a self-centered delusion, and this mind that creates a self.

And the more you meditate and start to unpack it and turn towards what's going on here, inquire, investigate. Who am I? What am I? What part of my experience is self?
