I'm excited to introduce you to the newest Kuolt Professor of Central Washington University, Andy Parks. I'm so grateful our paths crossed in 2020, and I was able to meet Andy and learn about the surrender experiment! After a 30+ year career in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Andy transitioned into teaching. He's now teaching for the College of Business at CWU. Additionally, he is the founder of EQ4Pro's, a tool being used by many companies to improve self-awareness and increased emotional intelligence.
