Anime Pulse

This week on Anime Pulse we got payouts for children, Lupin the III vs Holmes, and hats. Up first Joseph has turned his bedroom into a steam room, and Andrew is all about head wear. Then in the industry news we're seeing one topic about the worrying statistic about Japan's dwindling youth, and that's it, because news is kind of barebones this week. Lastly is our final previews dedicated show as Joseph continues his reincarnated job as a master thief, and Andrew is suddenly surrounded by beautiful office ladies with very large breasts.

Uncover your smokers and slap your meat, we’ve got more Frank Grillo. See because his last name is Grillo and it’s kinda like grill. So what if this time he was a sort of political fixer in Vegas and he was trying to turn himself over to the feds for protection? That’s where we start in Copshop[2021]. Of course this means that he’s now a target for the people he was working for. As it turns out that mafia types don’t really care for their crimes to be exposed. Enter Gerard Butler as Bob. Bob gets himself arrested right after Grillo so he can try and get to him. This leads to some …

You might look behind me and see what appears to be a mound. I assure you it;s actually much more architecturally impressive that it seems. You see, excavations have revealed this is the site where the unsold copies of Princess AI were piled. Note the faint remains of bloodstains on these pages. This indicates the sacrifices the locals made to banish Stu and his creation back to the reaches of what we might think of as hell. Tim has Dandadan. It takes place in a high school where our protagonist, Momo, stops a nerd from being picked on. This leads them to an argument on whether spirits, which Momo believes in, or aliens, which …

Breakout your cheesecloth. Chill your rolling pins. Break out your stock and get the wooden spoon out of the bathroom. We’ve got a cook’s tale with Under Siege(1992). Plus we have Gary Busey wearing a dress and screaming at people. Steven Segal is a ships cook aboard the USS Missouri. It’s on its final trip before being decommissioned. For some reason, it still has functional Tomahawk missiles aboard. Tommy Lee Jones plays some vague terrorist who’s conspiring with Busey to takeover the ship, kill the resistance, and sell the nukes for fun and profit. Unfortunately for them, Segal is some sort of special forces who’s working as a cook because. This allows …

This week on Anime Pulse we got pink gorillas, community hype for the Fall season, and the possibility a war on love raged on for over 5 years will end. Up First is IRL news with Joseph walking the opposite direction for ten miles, and Andrew talks about his upcoming Scott Loves Anime trip. Then in the industry news Ranma 1/2's creator is being inducted into a hall of fame, a man enters a burning building with the power of anime on his side, and the new Japanese Prime Minister earns some brownie points with the minimum wage workers. I bet you can feel a little something in the air. No, no the slight chill that’s not driven away by the light of day. Nor the soft sigh of wind as it carries leaves right into your yard not moments after you raked the last damn pile. It’s the time of the week where we review manga instead of movies. It does happen though. Tim starts off with Finger Girls. It’s a manhua that is not about a random groper who offers surprise gynecological exams on the subway. Our guy is average and has a crush who wants to meet him on the roof in the morning. Unfortunately his life has been …

Up first Joseph continues his Skyrim efforts to finish that game, and Andrew changes gears from older brothers in anime to younger ones. Then in the industry news Joseph takes a back seat as Andrew talks about an ultimate fighter with a love for anime, and a very large man decides to step out of the lime light. Lastly the reviews see us out Joseph is unable to touch a sexually teasing maid even though they love each other, and Andrew puts on a few pounds as a sexy office lady stuffs him full of marshmallows.
