00:00 - lots of old wounds coming up. Many endings for people of jobs, partnerships, change of location for people. A lot of reshuffling going on. This is a time for us to heal our old wounds. A time of spiritual awakening

4:10 - A wave of sensitivity coming through. A restructuring of how we see things. There is an increase of heart frequency, allowing people to become more in tune and in touch with our feelings and others’ feelings.

10:50 - extreme sensitivity to outside things - sounds, smells. We are becoming more empathic.

13.20 - planetary changes and shift in weather conditions, due to possible interference.

15:20 - more awareness needed of boundaries and setting your boundaries around you.

16:40 - soul contracts are coming to a peak at this moment. This is not a time to hold back what you want to say. We need to let go of what no longer serves and create new structures.
