✨(00:10) A message from the Lightworkers - we are being heard and guided by many who are observing what is going on on our planet. There are light frequencies transmitted with each message that can heal us as they work with our heart centres.

✨(01:33) Why are they Interested in our planet? - our planet’s frequency is serving like a beacon that is calling in beings from other places and planets to connect with us.

✨(03:55) How do they BREED? - these beings channeled by Anne, breed like snails. There are no feminine or masculine genitals like the humans.

✨(06:28) How do the Communicate? - they use frequencies and symbols. Their language consists of symbols and lines and dots. It’s a type of light language that is very different to human’s language. For humans who tune into this light language, can also feel it within the sun. The sun transmits this light language and can help to heal the body.

✨(00:10) What is a HEARTBREAK? - A heartbreak is like a reset of your body and emotions. It is meant to reset you into a different understanding and growth into your journey on this life. Many of us get caught up in the idea that there is only one person meant for us on the whole planet. We need to move away from this limiting belief and see everyone that comes into our life as a lesson for our soul expansion.

✨(07:44) How to HEAL a heartbreak? - there is no shortcut to dealing with a heartbreak. Whether its the grief from the loss of loved one, or a relationship, we need to be in that feeling and allow ourselves to process it. We are here to remember that our soul has asked for these experiences and lessons.

✨(19:07) How to work with the HEART FREQUENCY? - many of the humans on the planet are feeling disconnected from their heart frequency. If we learn to work with the heart frequency, we will allow ourself to rise in frequency, it is a healing frequency that will help heal our bodies and cells.

  ✨(00:10) HEART ENERGY - with the upcoming Leo full moon, there is a strong heart energy on the planet arising. Heart energy is incredibly powerful and has the ability to promote quicker cell healing within our bodies.  This strong energy is being felt all over the planet now and is urging us to expand our hearts too and flow with it.  

✨(04:35) CHILD WOUNDS -some of these frequencies from the heart still have the resonating wounded energy from our childhood traumas. Just in the same way the tree rings show the periods of drought and flourish, the heart will also store within it all of the information from our experiences.  

 ✨(08:50) GRIEF - many people who are experiencing grief are finding it hard to process and allow the love energy into them, as the need to hold onto the memory of that person is so strong. However if we allow ourselves to let go of how we think things should, and realise that our relationship with the loved one who has passed has transitioned into a different form, we will find that we are still able to connect with them whenever we want.  

 ✨(15:50) LEO FULL MOON - the leo full moon energy is asking us to express ourselves and speak out. To show ourself and our talents into the world. The more we embrace this powerful energy, the better we succeed at alchemising the old and entering into the new. 

  ✨(08:00) FORGIVENESS - we have to allow ourselves to forgive oiurselves and others  in order to move on. Otherwise the old energy of negativity will keep us stuck and unable to move fully forward into better things.

✨(00:10) How to Work with your Guides and those helping you from the Spiritual Realm?

All new things begin with first acquiring the skills and practicing it. In order to learn to communicate with our guides and know who they are, we must first distinguish what our own energy feels like to us so we can tell the difference when something else is coming in. We must gradually build our relationships with those guides and guardians on the other side.

✨(06:50) How to Distinguish Negative Entities or Attachments

When doing spiritual work of any kind we always need to set our intention to work with the highest energies of love and to our highest good. Negative enemies can normally come in and attach if we are also feeling very low, depressed or in a bad state. Even then, there are ways to work with our spirit team and ask for help. It is important to remember to be aware of our own frequency and heal whatever is coming up, to balance our energies.

A gentle guided meditation to clear away all negative energy from your energy body. This meditation begins by grounding to the core of the Earth and absorb all healing codes to replenish us. ✨(00:10) Why are Many People’s Crown Chakra closed? Due to the fear and shock people on the planet have gone through, overload of information everywhere from all sides, it is a natural reaction for our body to close down to all of the outside information because it is too much to handle. Within nature are contained all the codes to heal us. Watch what the animals do. They follow the sun, follow the light. We need to listen to nature to get back into balance.  ✨ (05:45) How do you Know if you have learned the soul lessons? If something has not been learned, it will keep repeating and coming back into our lives over and over again. There are also many level or layers to healing, so it is important to remember that we are slowly unpealing those layers with each time time we heal.

Astral Travel is something that our logical minds can not understand, but it is well known that our spirit bodies are capable of traveling to different dimensions and places while we are asleep or meditating. We are all capable of doing this and it is part of the human energy field which allows us to separate from the physical body and come back to it through our heart as an anchor.

✨(00:10) How to See Your Empathic Ability as a Blessing, not a Curse

Empaths are feeling much of what is going on the planet at the moment. This can become a burden sometimes when it begins to weigh on us and stop us from living our life. Being an empath is about being able to access information in the Earth and the Universe. WE need to learn how to connect with that eternal divine source of energy and allow it to recharge our energy and release the things which are not ours.

✨ (07:52) Can I do Energy Healing on others, without previous training?

The natural healer doesn’t necessarily need to wait to be qualified in order to begin healing. We are healing other all the time without even knowing it. Of course training ourselves the skills on how to do certain things will enhance our skill in healing, but when it is a natural fit and we feel called to send healing to someone or something, we should follow that call, as it is there for a reason.

✨(00:10) WOUNDS are rising up to the surface - many at the moment are encountering old wounds coming up again through interaction with others. This is happening for a reason so that we can heal and clear those parts which are still unhealed from the past. Sit in those uncomfortable situations and allow them to show you what you need to address.

✨ (03:00) CONNECTIONS - there are more and more connections coming into our lives because of the frequency we hold and they are there to reflect to us our internal world. Try to view the experiences in your life and what are they showing you about yourself

✨(06:10) Moving from mind to HEART - more and more of us are begining to awaken to their heart wisdom. To tune into their heart and use the heart to connect with others. This is how we truly connect, on a heart level with all others around. We need to learn to distinguish between the mind and heart and also which one is appropriate to use when.

✨(14:00) EMPATHS int he FAMILY - many people feel that they do not belong to the family. They feel different or left out. That’s because many souls have opted to come in and heal something within the family. Their being and presence activates something within the family, in order for it to heal and expand in consciousness and to stop the generational negative patterns from progressing further.

✨(17:50) SUICIDE - a lot of people on the planet are finding it hard to cope with life. Many are suicidal and some even think that crossing over to the other side is their right of passage. It’s important to remember that if we don’t complete our mission in this lifetime, or heal what we cam here to heal, we will have to come back and do it again. It is more difficult to come back and do this again and this is something people must remember.

✨(24:10) DREAMS - due to the rise in frequency on the planet and in our consciousness, many are reporting vivid dreams at this moment. This is because our frequency is now tapping into others and higher states, which exposes us to more information from the universe.
