Over the past few years the number of overdose deaths in America has risen at an alarming rate. More than 107,000 people died last year alone from overdoses, a record-high. Fentanyl, in particular, is largely responsible for the rapid increase.   Errol Louis sat down with Anne Milgram, the administrator of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, for a candid discussion about what America is up against.
