There’s so many angles that I can come at this from, but really meditation carries a lot of baggage for a lot of people, and it’s also something that more and more is becoming as normal as going to the gym. Ultimately, the meditation is the most powerful, one of the most powerful technologies for connecting with what is true, what is real, and the basic reason is because your mind is a set of programs and a swirl of thoughts and filters and concepts and perceptions, and all of it is the content of your consciousness.
