Death Metal, an underground music genre with arguably the most loyal fanbase and vociferous defenders of the faith. Personally, I started listening to it when I got hooked on the tape trading phenomenon of the 8o's something I miss greatly. After a period of time where Doom grabbed most of my attention, I'm now back in the fold and enjoying what is a prolific era of death metal.
