I couldn't send over my May's Doom Charts contribution but now the dust has settled here are my personal top 12 choices some of which would have made the charts. May was exceptional for the more extreme forms of doom which is reflected here by Vnder a Crvmbling Moon which just nudged ahead of some stiff, droning, sludgy competition. The HM-2 deathly guitar tone was taken to another level by Vomitheist along with several excellent death metal bands.
