  • Calming Your Mind
In our fast-paced world, mindfulness and meditation offer a sanctuary—a way to slow down and reconnect with ourselves. Mindfulness is about being fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, without being overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. • Setting Intentions
Setting intentions is like laying down a path for where you want to go. It’s about being deliberate with your thoughts and actions, and aligning them with your goals. Think of your intention as a guiding light. It’s different from a goal. While a goal is a specific target, an intention is more about your mindset and attitude as you pursue that goal.

This doesn't need to be elaborate or time-consuming. Even five minutes can make a difference.
Consider adding a bit of physical activity to your morning. Stretching, yoga, or a short walk can help wake up your body and mind. And don't forget the importance of a nutritious breakfast to fuel your day. Even just a cup of coffee.

  • Saving The Best For Last
So this is my 100th episode after one year and six months of doing this podcast, on and off, and I am definitely saving the best for last. Delaying gratification, or saving the best for last, is a practice that involves exercising patience and self-control. Rather than immediately indulging in something desirable, we choose to postpone it until later. Resisting the temptation for instant gratification strengthens our ability to stay focused on long-term goals. It teaches us to prioritize what truly matters and resist impulsive behaviors that may derail our progress. So, I say, thank you all for listening and watch out for more.

  • Navigating The Road Less Travelled
With my proactive approach to promote, support and develop sports in the grassroots especially in poor communities, giving priority to the underprivileged, less fortunate and out of school youth, I’ve been consistent with my relentless efforts to achieve my objectives. In collaboration with all stakeholders, from top to bottom, government and the private sector, I am gaining grounds and advances from new supporters to collectively pursue a path forward that will highlight the benefits of sports development, prioritize the importance of the same and eventually consider, as an effective strategy in achieving a more healthier, resilient and peaceful community. The road to progress becomes easier when community engagement is taken seriously. By leading the way and opening up strategic dialogues, I am changing the game of sports.
