A citizen is unlawfully brutalized by the police, an audio recording gives a contradictory account of what the arresting officers asserts happened.  It don't matter the prosecution still tries to obtain a conviction against the victim of the police violence.  That's the name of the game.  And defending people against unlawful police brutality cases is what we public defenders do.  Enjoy.

At this time in our county it is important to note that police brutality and systemic racism are ongoing problems and issues we need to address as a nation.  Accordingly, we have decided to replay some of our more popular police brutality / police misconduct episodes to highlight the systemic problems in our broken criminal justice system and to combat the narrative that "it's just a few bad apples".
