The ever elusive Stagg Jr. is the focus of this week's episode. Ryan and Stephen try this extremely high-proof bourbon for the first time while talking about Ryan's vaccine experience, throwing your back out on the toilet, Dan's doctor appointment, and Ryan's technique for labeling the whiskey samples. Oh and yes there is a little talk about Stagg Jr. along the way.Would you rather watch us? Visit our Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxwWPInCRrGfTUYcumccJuQ

The guys pour a flavored whiskey this week when they have Skrewball - peanut butter whiskey. As Dan tries Skrewball for the first time, the guys discuss Ryan's uncle's Skrewball Old Fashioned and other Skrewball cocktails, the importance of taking a break from Fireball, extra fingers, and fast food.Would you rather watch us? Jim Beam Black is on the menu tonight! This unassuming bourbon leads the guys to talk about... *checks notes* what happens when you die, where the term "tater" comes from in bourbon culture, Mellow Corn (again), and Ryan's "martini shot". Can we get a price check?!?Would you rather watch us? Visit our Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxwWPInCRrGfTUYcumccJuQ

In this MASSIVE blind taste test the guys are trying Buffalo Trace Kosher Wheat, Weller Full Proof, Weller Antique 107...and Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15. Dan, Stephen, and Ryan are joined by Ryan Dallape from Dean's Liquor in Collinsville, IL. Ryan helps the boys try Fighting Cock and Wild Turkey 101 blind. After deciding their preference, the guys discuss what "allocated" means from the perspective of store owners, distributors, and customers. They also talk about some great value bottles, stuff that sells better than it should and they talk about Mellow Corn...a lot.----------------------------------------------------------------------------...

Dan, Stephen, and Ryan try New Riff Single Barrel. They also talk about Total Wine, a snow storm in progress (including Texas), the New Riff symbol, and...the ABS curse(?)

Dan, Stephen, and Ryan review a bourbon made by Spirits of French Lick - an Indiana-based distillery. The Wheater is a particularly interesting (and potentially divisive) offering from SoFL and the guys discuss why. Among other topics: white dog, why Ryan DIDN'T go to the SuperBowl this year, which of the remaining Saved by the Bell cast are welcome on the show, and a guest appearance from Dan's hedgehog (this is, thankfully, not a euphemism). Dan, Stephen, and Ryan review a Four Roses bourbon for the first time - Small Batch Select. The guys discuss yeast strain differences between Four Roses barrels, Stephen's new webcam and communication tech from 10-15 years ago, the Gamestop stock craze, and an unfortunate final Diamond update. Not one to miss.
