For the first time in 15 months PM Anthony Albanese has visited Alice Springs.

He met with local leaders and council members to see what the federal government can do to provide help to the city suffering a wave of youth crime.

Alice Springs Mayor Matthew Patterson joins John to report what he spoke to the PM about, and what support his city needs.
