We met at the Reykjavík Library, (in Icelandic Borgarbókasafnið), with our dear friends to start this project that moves us from the very soul. This idea is born under the premise that it is "part of human rights that communities participate in development in social, political, economic and cultural areas (1st Art. of the United Nations, 1986).

And it is in this last area that we want to base our actions, to be able to "Reflect ourselves in this Social mirror", where we can see each other, just as we are with virtues and defects. Identifying what we are missing, talking about it and contributing from the information, experience and testimonies of those who have come to Iceland before us and whose knowledge has shaped the foundation for those of us who are today in this process of doing new roots in this beautiful country, Iceland.
