  • Ways to start combating challenges with body image
Struggles with body image having been coming up a lot lately in sessions with clients, and it’s had me thinking about different ways to start processing and combating negative body image. It’s something everyone faces at different stages of life, for various reasons, but it’s not something that needs to hold you back forever. If you struggle with body image, you’re not alone. Hopefully this episode can start to shed light on various ways to start thinking about it, and different tools you can start implementing to feel better in the body you’re in. Loving yourself into change, and loving yourself along your journey is always a good place to start. For additional resources, feel free to email me ([email protected]) with questions or to schedule a call. And/or check out some of these book suggestions: “The body keeps score,” “Anatomy of the Spirit,” and “Women, food, and God.”
