This was my first livestream! It was a mix of a get to know me video but mainly talking about handling work stress. Hope this helps you out! Let's leave work stress in 2020 where it BELONGS!
This week I sit down with my friend Danielle, a registered dietitian. ✨I’d also add pro tik toker to her title.✨ We talk about our relationship with food, and how to nourish ourselves without stress, anxiety, over restricting and thinking we need to look a certain way to feel good about ourselves. I also ask her questions about my intolerances, gut issues, and acid reflux.
In this episode I'll teach you 6 steps to self-love and putting yourself first. Doing these steps is what got me over my ex, it allowed me to prioritize myself over my job, and it really helped me deal with my anxiety. Hope it helps you, too!
