Just Angel and I this week due to scheduling, but fret not, we had a fun conversation about Frieren and the state of the MAL top anime list as a whole. This was fun to record and I'm sure it will be fun to listen back to.
Our next episode will be the final week of the Mid-Season Review, so stay tuned!
A "short" episode this week, but, nevertheless, the bois are here to provide you with expert analysis of An Archdemon's Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride and Girl's Band Cry. We also throw in a round of one of our favorite games: Love is War-Style 20 Questions (So, Ten Questions). No Spice and Wolf coverage due to the Spice and Wolf die-hard graduating this week.
Next week will be the final week of the mid-season review before we due a bit more freeform content. If you want to contribute to the podcast with an idea or opinion, feel free to let us know at [email protected]!
Pretty solid lineup of shows this week, although admittedly we were probably pretty incoherent due to how late we started recording. Whoopsies! Hopefully you still enjoy!
Title says it all, doesn't it.
In all seriousness, this was a fun recap from Claudia's perspective. I was shocked by some of the things that came out of her mouth this episode, though. Admittedly, there may have been some alcohol involved in this recording, so sorry if it gets a lil incoherent.
Another new season, another 3 episode review of new shows. This week's shows consist of "Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night," "Whisper Me a Love Song," "Go! Go! Loser Ranger!" and "Grandpa and Grandma Turn Young Again." Insight, analysis, and sober objectivity are not things you will not find here. A good laugh and some witty banter is what you can expect from us. If you enjoy, please let us know!
Another new season of anime means another season preview with your anime dudes. If you are unfamiliar with how things roll around here, we read the synopses of the top 20 shows on Anitrendz, and talk about our expectations for the shows based off their studio and overall concept. Lots of interesting shows this season, you don't want to miss out!
Had a week to kill before the Season Preview, so we decided to play an all time classic game, 20 Questions, with a slight twist. The twist being that there are half the possible questions available for the contestants before they can guess the correct anime.
Hope you guys enjoy, and we will be previewing Spring 2024 next week!
Another season complete, another End of Season Review fresh out the oven for your brain taste buds. This season, we passed a total of 5 shows for a complete review: Solo Leveling, Delicious in Dungeon, Sign of Affection, Villainess Level 99: I May Be the Hidden Boss But I'm Not the Demon Lord, and The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic.
We do these reviews in hopes that you enjoy hearing us talk about anime you watched, but also we try to make these enjoyable for people who maybe need to know more about a show to before they dedicate multiple hours to watching. Either way, let us know how you feel about this format. Thank you for listening!
