Open restaurant group are a thriving group of restaurants from Andrew and Sam. They met by pure chance through an agency but when Sam convinced Andrew to get on board he wasn’t quite sure! 

A couple of years later and they now have 7 unique restaurants, 4 of which are on the Michelin guide and have built an impressive reputation and unique business model that helps drive their growth.

We get in to the nitty gritty of competing in Great British Menu during 2021 and Covid restrictions and how he triumphed to be the champion of champions! 

Dan is now owner of Vetch restaurant in his home city which has recently been added to the Michelin guide after only 6 months from being opened.
