$100M+ a year.  Only 22,393 out of 29,000,000 in the United States. 

You are meant for more.

When you think of everyone in history that matters to be remembered, I want you to remember that is our tribe. 

This is who you are. 

This is who we are. 

Going up the Billionaire Code is one of the most difficult undertakings anyone can commit to in their lifetime.  The day you declare you declare yourself an entrepreneur is the day you become a commodity. 

The Billionaire Code comes with a warning.  If you’ll not willing to let go of your ego and make behavioral change, it will not work.  This isn’t for everyone. 

30M - 100M.  70,000 business at this level. 

This is where things change dramatically.  Your ability to lead a cohesive leadership team and ability to duplicate decision making becomes the biggest driver of your company.

You are unique.  You are the type of person who builds empires. Here’s the challenge with how empires are created, you must start at the beginning and go through all the levels.  It’s frustrating, you feel like you’re not doing enough or seeing results, everything you’re doing is near tactical so there’s hardly anything that’s strategic.  You’re going to want to quit because at every level it’s going to feel like you’re not where you want to be.  You know you’re hard wired as a strategic, future focused, visionary human being.

The seventh level of the billionaire code is Owner. 

$10M to $30M a year.  Only 100,000 in the United States. 

The level in commitment in ascending each level is exponential.  There are dramatic changes in this level that most certainly aren’t for everyone. 

Are you able to give up your autonomy of time? 

Your ability to help, inspire and grow your team means everything. 

You must have a communication structure to to scale leadership systems. 

How do you fully become a CEO? 

This is the ultimate journey. 

When you reach a point where it doesn’t matter how much you’re doing but how much your team is doing, you’re doing it right. 

To become a CEO, you need awareness in consistency.  Your team feeds completely off of you and how you show up everyday can be the difference between mediocrity and greatness. 

The responsibility of running a successful business comes with behavioral change. 

What you do will be seen through a microscope and what you say will be heard through a megaphone.

One of the reasons that the vast amount of entrepreneurs don't ascend up the billionaire code is because they do not have the habit of preparing themselves for what comes next.  

Are you a part of a competition (that you may be unaware of) to take on the most stress?  Is being busy a metric to your success?  

Every time you say 'I got it', you're holding your team back.  

If you're in the place where you don't feel needed, congratulations..

You're doing it right.  

The sixth level of the billionaire code is Leader. 

This is the elusive run towards 8 figures.  Out of 29 million businesses in the United States, there are only 300,000 that earn between $3,000,000 and $10,000,000.  

Are you a transformational leader?  How does your team get ahead?  

Your ability to get your team ahead is what will create your success at this level.  

What you say will be heard through a megaphone, what you do will be seen through a microscope.  

Is getting to 7 figures the finish line? 

The most effective hack for getting to 7 figures and beyond is to pull your targets closer.  The companies that are the most successful are the ones that are able to accurately predict their results. 

You can build a habit of winning or build a habit of losing gracefully.  How fast will your team become desensitized to losing when you aren’t winning month over month? 

You’re one of the most important people in each of your team members lives.  Don’t create a fantasyland for your team. 

There is a better way. 

The fifth level of The Billionaire Code is Operator. 

700,000 business are at this level in the USA and they earn between $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 in annual revenue.

This is one of the most significant transitions there is.  This is where building a team becomes crucial.

Those that aren’t wiling or able to replicate their efforts will hit a wall. 

There is a better a way.
