As entrepreneurs, we have to give in to the fact that more and more of what we’re capable of becomes dependent on our ability to be a transformational leader.  I want to share with you one of the fastest accelerator pedals that you can use to get up the Billionaire Code, you have to start taking better care of yourself.  Self-care is one of the fastest shortcuts to success. It’s the fastest accelerator for my clients to be able to build a team, step into transformational leadership and show up in a way that people will trust them. The most important person in your business is you.

The fourth level of The Billionaire Code is Builder. 

1.9 Million business are at this level in the USA and they earn between $300,000 to $1,000,000 in annual revenue.

Volume creates complexity.  When one persons expertise drives revenue, this can become a trap. 

There is a better a way. 

How can you get further ahead? 

Getting protection and support will help you accelerate.  Systems and processes will save you. 

Many entrepreneurs I speak with see opportunity everywhere.  To be honest, I do too. 

The challenge becomes when you start to dilute what you do and things become less clear than they would be otherwise.  Deliverables become ambigous and expectations amongst your team can be confusing. 

What can you focus on right now to break the ceiling? 

This is the third level in The Billionaire code.  There are 1.7 million promoters and they earn between 100k to 300k in annual revenue. 

Should you sell more or obsess over the product you have? 

Simplify your product delivery and get more people in the door.  These two things will save you at this level. 

When it comes to attracting your tribe, entrepreneurs now a days have a radical opportunity.

The second level of The Billionaire Code is Starter.  There are 21% of businesses at this level with revenues ranging from $40,000 to $100,000. 

Starters ask:

Who am I advocating for and what am I defending them against?  What is wrong with me? 

If you’re unsure of what to focus on right now, you’re in the right place. 

The fastest and most effective way to grow a business is to be obsessed with the people you serve. 

In 2007, Cadey and I became bankrupt.  We were served foreclosure papers and I saw first hand just how damaging it was.  I became obsessed with helping families avoid what we went through.  As a result, the US Treasury publicly stated that the agents involved in our CDPE designation pulled forward the foreclosure by five to seven years. 

Over the course of my career, I’ve been obsessed with supporting visionary entrepreneurs.  I wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night thinking about how I can help my clients. 

What keeps you up at night? 

The first level of The Billionaire Code is Seeker. 

This is the first step towards becoming an entrepreneur.  16 Million business are at this level in the USA.
