There’s a countless list of things you think you need to do to grow and scale a business, but I bring it down to two separate parts. Your unique deliverable & and your business infrastructure. You get to a point as an entrepreneur you feel like you don’t have the time to do everything you need to do to grow the business. Are you there? Have you felt that? That’s what every client of mine comes to me feeling. One of the most exciting things for me in my business is helping entrepreneurs and watching them evolve through the dichotomy of growth.
One of the single most important things you can do in your business to help it grow fast is to understand how important vocabulary and language is. Everyone on your team needs to be able to interpret exactly what you’re saying in the same way. If you create proprietary language, everyone in the business knows with crystal clear accuracy exactly what’s being talked about. When you reinforce consistent language in your company you remove ambiguity and build infrastructure faster.

Why do you feel like you need to justify how much money you make?
The responsibility of your business is to make you wealthy.
There is a reason why entrepreneurs start but don't finish projects.
Does your business have insane clarity?
I recently turned down an invitation to speak with some of the biggest names in the industry.
The level in the Billionaire Code with the most members is Seeker and that is where the bulk of events in the past few years cater to.
Does where you spend your time make sense for you?
As a kid, I never really got into SciFi. However, Star Wars always held a place in my imagination.
As I started reading about more about successful people, I started seeing actual evidence of the force.
As an entrepreneur, you too have access to the force.
I've been diagnosed with more things than I can count. I share this freely because I want to reach anyone who has been labeled like this.
When you look through out history at the people who have changed the world, they're just like us.
I had a great question from our Grow and Scale group the other day.
How do you compete with some of the benefits larger companies offer?
Today I met with Sterling Griffin and his COO Amber Morningstar. The day was extraordinary. We spent a full business day planning the future of LifeChanger, Sterling’s company. This is an activity that entrepreneurs rarely participate in and it was the first time in Sterling’s career he ever spent a full day planning. Here are the results, reactions, and Amber and Sterling’s impression of where they are going next.
