Danielle Paradis speaks to Martin Sommerkorn, one of the lead writers on the Polar Regions chapter of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report and Amanda Savoie, a Marine biologist at the Canadian Museum of Nature. As one of the lead writers, Martin talks about the Arctic and Antarctic, highlighting the urgency for global action to lessen the burning of fossil fuels.
