Almost nine years ago, we had Bill Nye, “the Science Guy,” visit the Ark Encounter. During his visit, he said, “it’s not crazy to suggest . . . you and I are descended from Martians.” Of course, and he even admitted this, there’s no evidence that we are descended from Martians, and yet, he still thinks its “not crazy” to believe that.
But he does think we’re betraying our intellect to believe we’re descended from Adam and Eve like the Bible describes, even though there’s solid scientific evidence, such as we’re all one race, to back this up.
You know, the problem with skeptics like Nye isn’t the evidence—it’s the heart.
