In this episode I discuss how we need to do a better job of getting Women In Leadership positions. From there, once we see that more women are getting out in these positions we need to shift to making sure we are getting the “right” person in the right positions. I reference a couple of experiences I have and how I handled them to the best of my ability even when it wasn’t popular or appreciated.

This episode explains the foundation and purpose for my podcast. I discuss the benefits of listening to this podcast and how I hope to turn the my experience being caught “in the middle” and learning how to negotiate win/wins.
