Are you ready to be a Consistency Queen?
Listen, as someone who started her journey back in 2014 and really struggled with creating any type of consistency... I get it. It's hard.
It feels overwhelming, it can feel defeating, and it can feel like you take 5 steps forward, just to take 6 steps back. I get it, I really do.
And often, I like to put myself back in my shoes from when I first started my journey and ask myself, "What did that version of me need when I was first starting?"
This was it... I needed to hear that consistency didn't mean perfection.
I needed to hear that I didn't need to implement all or nothing.
I needed to hear that it's okay to take things slowly, and in pieces.
I needed to hear this.
So that's why I decided to create my new digital guide + community, "Consistency Queen".

Inside my new 55 page digital guide
you will find worksheets I created that will help you define your “why”,
you will find pages that help you explore why consistency matters to you
there is even a section where you will do some consistency mapping and planning.
There are also some included affirmations around consistency that can be helpful on your journey, as well as a "commitment to self" contract which has proven to be a powerful tool within my coaching courses.
Along with this digital guide,
I also will be including my 4-week resistance band guide for you to help ease you into creating consistency in your fitness routine. This 4 week program is perfect for building upon your consistency because it can be done literally anywhere—and the workouts range from 25-30 minutes.
And because I know consistency doesn’t just happen, and I definitely want to be able to continue to help you through this building process—
I also created the "Consistency Queen" Facebook community for us to keep building in.
In this group I will continue to encourage you to take those small steps to building upon your consistency— as well as provide you a safe space to come and share your consistency wins! I will also be doing a community zoom call for those in this space every 4-6 weeks where we will meet up on a zoom call and continue to connect, share our wins, and even talk through things that might be hindering, or causing some roadblocks in your consistency building.
