Text me, bestie!
I recently reposted a reel by another creator who was talking about being the default parent in her household, and how exhausting it can be.
And SO MUCH SAME. Which is why I shared it, because I resonate so much with the feelings and emotions that come attached to that.
It's honestly been so hard for me to navigate it the last year (since becoming an Army wife), and it's been a challenge for me to create something for myself (my business), and be the person who (usually) is responsible for managing, organizing, and doing everything for the kids.
Make no mistake, my husband is a TERRIFIC husband and father, and him going to work to provide for us is something that we always appreciate. I support him in anything and everything he does. as he does for me.
But that doesn't diminish my feelings and emotions as the default parent (who is also now going to school herself).
I have a lot on my plate, and a lot on my mind...
so, lets talk about it?
And if you make it through this podcast episode, 1st off, thank you for listening.
But 2ndly, come find me on Instagram and tell me TWO things that YOU are going to plan for yourself in the name of self-care (I share mine in this episode).
Can't wait to hear what you plan for yourself.
But please just know mama... you are not alone. I feel you. I understand you. I see you.
Take care of yourself, from the inside out!
