Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to being who you want to be. The first question is, who are you? Really, what makes you who you are? If you weren’t you, would you be friends with yourself? How would you treat yourself? Now that you’ve answered those questions, are you who you want to be?

It’s so easy to be influenced by other people and situations. People will defy you. Situations will harden you. So, should you let them define you? No! It’s so important to understand that people and situations do not dictate the type of person you are. The impact it has on your life, is that in which you allow. It is your choice to be who you want to be. Instead of being a product of your past, be a prototype of your future. Catch it!

In the hit single “This Is Your Life”, rock band Switchfoot, charges you to think that “this is your life, are you who you want to be? This is your life, is it everything you dreamed that it would be?” because if it isn’t it’s time for you to take action so that it is. Action is the key to your development. Action is the key to your happiness. Action is the key to you being exactly who it is you want to be! So again, are you who you want to be?
