this episode is an exact example of how my train of thought works. it is pretty annoying and oftentimes tormenting but some of the time it can be entertaining. today i discuss shopping at Walmart, my Pinterest-loving life, and bitches with nut allergies. And somehow that got me Googling what Neanderthals are. so.....that's relevant. i also think i was half asleep while recording this so that definitely had some impact on this episode's extreme lack of flow and structure. but this is my podcast and it doesn't need to have flow and structure. if you came here for that, i hate to break it to you bestie but you gotta go somewhere else to find that. see u next week little ladies (and some gents)

think of this as an extension of the episode "being single" because today I talk to you guys about what it is like being in a relationship and having a healthy, non-toxic one. i think it's so easy to fall blind to the red flags and bad behaviors when you're in love or in that honeymoon phase. I've also learned so much within the last 2 years about thinking logically and not over-romanticizing people and seeing them for who they are. i definitely recommend listening to "being single" before this one because I think that episode gives really great insight and foundation advice as to how to approach a new relationship and how to make sure you love yourself before you can let anyone else in. hope you enjoyed this episode and I'll talk to you guys next week!! ily
