Esta rutina es la manera más efectiva de fortalecer tu front lever, porque hoy les traigo 3 ejercicios entré jalón y tensión, donde fortaleceremos y incrementaremos nuestra fuerza para varios músculos que necesitaremos que estén más fuertes para progresar más rápido, estos ejercicios son los que nos ayudarán a incrementar nuestra fuerza, y fortalecer a esos músculos que les falta dicha fuerza, esto nos ayuda a sacar esas progresiones con mayor fluidez, así mismo poco a poco obtendríamos esa fuerza para sacar el estático o truco que tengamos como objetivo, ya que vamos por ese objetivo tanto de mejorarlo como obtenerla, esto nos ayudará a obtener mejor postura, para hacer los ejercicios correctamente, también hay que recordar que necesitamos un buen calentamiento para no lesionarse, ya que una lesión puede retrasar nuestro avance y proceso, así que un buen calentamiento para evitar lesiones. Este tipo de rutinas principalmente es para personas que quieren fortalecer su fuerza en resistencia, que esto nos ayuda a tener y obtener más repeticiones de cualquier ejercicio, ya que son muy efectivas a la hora de progresar para hacer alguna progresión con mejor técnica, si eres una de esas personas pues sígueme, que el día de hoy te traeré una rutina para que ejercites algunos de los músculos que son los siguientes (dorsales, hombro, bíceps y abdomen estos son unos de los principales) sin más nada que decir... ¡Comencemos!

Esta rutina es la manera más efectiva de fortalecer tu plancha, porque hoy les traigo 3 ejercicios entré empujé y tensión, donde fortaleceremos y incrementaremos nuestra fuerza para varios músculos que necesitaremos que estén más fuertes para progresar más rápido, estos ejercicios son los que nos ayudarán a incrementar nuestra fuerza, y fortalecer a esos músculos que les falta dicha fuerza, esto nos ayuda a sacar esas progresiones con mayor fluidez, así mismo poco a poco obtendríamos esa fuerza para sacar el estático o truco que tengamos como objetivo, ya que vamos por ese objetivo tanto de mejorarlo como obtenerla, esto nos ayudará a obtener mejor postura, para hacer los ejercicios correctamente, también hay que recordar que necesitamos un buen calentamiento para no lesionarse, ya que una lesión puede retrasar nuestro avance y proceso, así que un buen calentamiento para evitar lesiones. Este tipo de rutinas principalmente es para personas que quieren fortalecer su fuerza en resistencia, que esto nos ayuda a tener y obtener más repeticiones de cualquier ejercicio, ya que son muy efectivas a la hora de progresar para hacer alguna progresión con mejor técnica, si eres una de esas personas pues sígueme, que el día de hoy te traeré una rutina para que ejercites algunos de los músculos que son los siguientes (pecho, hombro, tríceps y abdomen estos son unos de los principales) sin más nada que decir... ¡Comencemos!

El straddle implica una mayor apertura de caderas y trabaja la fuerza de los hombros y el core, mientras que el tuck avanzado y el tuck asistido se centran más en la fuerza del core y los hombros en una posición más cerrada, alternar entre estas variaciones permite trabajar en diferentes niveles de dificultad, lo que ayuda a progresar en la fuerza. Puedes comenzar con el tuck asistido, luego pasar al tuck avanzado y finalizar con el straddle, lo que te ayuda a construir fuerza de manera gradual, cambiar entre estas posiciones te ayuda a enfocarte en la forma y la técnica, lo que es crucial para evitar lesiones y mejorar el rendimiento. Esta rutina es la manera más efectiva de fortalecer tu plancha, porque hoy les traigo 3 ejercicios de tensión, donde fortaleceremos y incrementaremos nuestra fuerza para varios músculos que necesitaremos que estén más fuertes para progresar más rápido, estos ejercicios son los que nos ayudarán a incrementar nuestra fuerza, y fortalecer a esos músculos que les falta dicha fuerza, esto nos ayuda a sacar esas progresiones con mayor fluidez, así mismo poco a poco obtendríamos esa fuerza para sacar el estático o truco que tengamos como objetivo, ya que vamos por ese objetivo tanto de mejorarlo como obtenerla, esto nos ayudará a obtener mejor postura, para hacer los ejercicios correctamente, también hay que recordar que necesitamos un buen calentamiento para no lesionarse, ya que una lesión puede retrasar nuestro avance y proceso, así que un buen calentamiento para evitar lesiones. Este tipo de rutinas principalmente es para personas que quieren fortalecer su fuerza en resistencia, que esto nos ayuda a tener y obtener más repeticiones de cualquier ejercicio, ya que son muy efectivas a la hora de progresar para hacer alguna progresión con mejor técnica, si eres una de esas personas pues sígueme, que el día de hoy te traeré una rutina para que ejercites algunos de los músculos que son los siguientes (pecho, hombro, tríceps y abdomen estos son unos de los principales) sin más nada que decir... ¡Comencemos!

Ayuda a mejorar la técnica al pasar de un tuck básico a uno más avanzado, lo que significa que se está trabajando en la progresión de habilidades y en la coordinación, similar al aguante en straddle, este ejercicio se centra en la resistencia y la fuerza del core, además de trabajar en la flexibilidad y la alineación corporal. Es fundamental para sostener posiciones más difíciles en el futuro, practicar tuck normal sin asistencia permite al practicante aplicar lo aprendido en los ejercicios anteriores de manera independiente. Esta rutina es la manera más efectiva de fortalecer tu front lever, porque hoy les traigo 3 ejercicios entré jalón y tensión, donde fortaleceremos y incrementaremos nuestra fuerza para varios músculos que necesitaremos que estén más fuertes para progresar más rápido, estos ejercicios son los que nos ayudarán a incrementar nuestra fuerza, y fortalecer a esos músculos que les falta dicha fuerza, esto nos ayuda a sacar esas progresiones con mayor fluidez, así mismo poco a poco obtendríamos esa fuerza para sacar el estático o truco que tengamos como objetivo, ya que vamos por ese objetivo tanto de mejorarlo como obtenerla, esto nos ayudará a obtener mejor postura, para hacer los ejercicios correctamente, también hay que recordar que necesitamos un buen calentamiento para no lesionarse, ya que una lesión puede retrasar nuestro avance y proceso, así que un buen calentamiento para evitar lesiones. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 8 repeticiones por 4 series.

Nuestro segundo ejercicio es aguante en touch y tuck avanzado: Alternar entre ambas posiciones ayuda a mejorar la resistencia muscular, ya que se desafía al cuerpo a mantener el esfuerzo en diferentes variaciones, cambiar de posición activa diferentes grupos musculares, lo que proporciona un entrenamiento más completo y equilibrado para el core, los hombros y la espalda, al realizar ambos aguantes en una misma serie, se entrena la capacidad de mantener el control corporal en situaciones cambiantes, lo cual es esencial para ejercicios más avanzados, esta variación ayuda a desarrollar fuerza que se puede aplicar en diferentes movimientos de calistenia, mejorando la capacidad para realizar transiciones suaves entre ejercicios. En este ejercicio se harán 3 segundos en touch y 3 segundos de tuck avanzado 3 veces por 4 series.
