The San Diego Police Department arrested a 23-year-old suspect in connection to the deadly stabbing of a 65-year-old woman in City Heights on Monday. The body of a missing swimmer who disappeared underwater at Three Sisters Falls Friday night, has now been found. NBC7 speaks with the father who lost his two kids following a tragedy on SR-78.
