How often does the average person think about where we are in history? A former president is on trail. There are three wars with no sign of peace. Inflation haunts the daily grind and people with magic cards are eating better than those who can afford to pay their bills.

The hike revealed trails that are so thin that they've cut into the rolling hills to preserve the walk though so much natural. It feels as if the real world has been silenced while restoring, replenishing and rewinding why it's so important to never walk away from the spirit of a living forest.

We are in a place of history that feels like no other. So much war and destruction, leaders with false god tendencies and we're left standing here questioning what's real or fake. Decisions are being made by leaders that don't have entire planet in mind. If it breaks. We know things will change and no matter what the conditions are, we will be shown the way.

The slightest thing seems to be upsetting the average person. It's almost like we're supposed to know people are having a rough moment. We physically take training classes in how to great all people smiling or frowning. The truth is... we are wound too tight.

I often wonder if parents know how they're effecting their young ones when spouting off those crazy sayings. Money doesn't grow on a tree. Close the door this isn't a barn. I'm to hell and back. Put some elbow grease into that.

Let us begin with a conversation. Then we'll build a relationship based on reaching outward in ways of listening and not being so quick to react. That's where the fault line is and this generation has already had too many heart breaks.

My father always accused us of being a bump on a log. What does that even mean? Showing no movement is always going to play on your mindsets. The goal is to get moving. It doesn't have to be a walk or run but also being creative. Move your mind forward.
