Nobody goes into their day performing at a world series level of play. It requires an amazing collaboration of energies focused on the present day's calling. Community versus a solo sport that's meant to break barriers so that other travelers can make their way toward the vision clear headed and filled with a vision. I still don't know how our imprint empowers the need to lift up a brother or sister.

The Cicada's have returned.  They've waited 13 to 17 years to resurface.  This go around I've chosen to write about it, whereas in chapters past...I'm not sure it was shared.  There's a scent in the air that is still just as vibrant.  

No day passes that we aren't building and or replenishing. Preparing our hearts for all things we come in contact with on these paths of constant changes. But here we are! We have to stop wasting our time trying to reach a solo performance. Share the glory! We are the generation that's being deeply challenged by the bad behaviors of leaders and self-proclaimed dictators. We can't walk beyond the attitude and altitude without lending a helping hand to others who've been struck down by financial pressures designed by decision makers that are putting their political ties way ahead of the people.

I work with someone who is looked upon as being one of the top players on the team. He's not only praised by earned Employee of the Month. Yet he's never had a great review from our guests and the people we serve. What's up with that?

There's always something to learn. We are students not masters. There's a lot to pick up from the paths of those who've transitioned. Humans seem to always be in a race to become something they aren't. When it doesn't materialize, we shrug it off, "I don't care." When did it become ok to shrug off a God wink or calling? Ambition in this generation is lost and unafraid of the consequences.
