So, I decided to do something that's much more interactive with you guys today. I'll put the following paragraph in the description, too, just so you don't have to come to this website to see it. I'm going to enunciate this paragraph in its entirety and finish. Then I want you to do the same paragraph and submit it to me on my Facebook Page. From that I will listen to all of them and give a special shout out to the winner on August the 29th! Read the following paragraph as naturally as possible....and you can listen to my podcast down below, first. Have you ever watched young children play with the sounds of the language they are learning? The imitate, repeat, and sing sound combinations without effort. For young children, learning to speak a new language seems automatic. No one would suspect that complex learning is occurring. For adult learners, pronunciation of a new language is not automatic. Adult learners have to put forth more effort. Why is progress in adults more limited? Some experts say the reasons are biological or physical. Others say they are social or cultural. No matter what the reason is, it is important to realize a few things about clear speech. First, if you are motivated and have good instruction, you will improve your pronunciation. Second, it is not necessary to lose your accent or sound like a native speaker to communicate clearly in English. This was a very important podcast for a lot of people studying English around the world. Most students cannot think in the English language; therefore, it's a big problem when processing questions. If you think in your language after being asked a question, it slows down the response time. Here are some tips from Fernanda on how you can improve.Support the show

At the end of the sentence comes "too" and at the beginning comes "also." Also is used as linker that adds information. This will help a lot of non-NES and NES speakers with papers to create flow. However, a problem most have, including native speakers, is using the word "too."Podcast on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/7hdzplWx6xB8mhwDJYiP6f?si=5vUca3p2QGuWPZbhzCRwBwPodcast on FM: https://player.fm/series/2288534Podcast on TuneIn: https://tunein.com/podcasts/Language-Learning-Podcasts/Arsenios-ESL-p1117391/Podcast on ListenNote: https://www.listennotes.com/c/778cf3cfd2564ba5b01f693bfebc96de/arsenio-s-esl-podcast/Podcast on CastBox: https://castbox.fm/channel/Arsenio's-ESL-Podcast-id1251433?country=usFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/Arseniobuck/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp4EdbJVMhhSnq_0u4ntAWebsite: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A: [email protected]: https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-buck-9692a6119/Support the show

This could be very difficult for a lot of ESL learners. One time, back at my old job, I had to teach some university students about this because of course, they were learning it in university. I'm here today to break it down for you. Blog:Support the show

As I went over on my previous podcast, this one is very similar because in order for you to sound like a native speaker of English, you'll have to learn how to link words. I've been over this quite a few times already, and will continue going over this for a LONGGGGG time. So, brace yourself.Support the show

Welcome back to another IELTS preparatory podcast and I'm bringing you today some more word linking and of course, intrusive sounding. I went over this recently with some of my students and they understood pretty quickly how it works. Ahhh! Some of you out there are confused to what past tense verbs and adjectives ending in -ed are, huh?Example: I bored or I am bored?Example: I jumped or I am jumped? This would more than likely help you right off the back, if it doesn't, it's time to dive in a little bit more.To describe how somebody feels, we use the -ed ending. Comparatives and superlatives. You know, when I was young, I didn't understand the difference between than & then. I was never taught that in grade school, so I would constantly make mistakes over and over until I finally figured out, within the past 5 years, that than is used when comparing something. The superlative forms are easy, but it's the comparatives that throw my students off. So, let's get into this. Oh, making polite requests are vastly important. I've seen people make some of the worst requests; as you remember, the man at the bottom of a hotel in Kuala Lumpur who didn't want to wait in line to ask an obvious question. These things can get you in trouble in some cultures, especially the western culture where parts of America would want to fight you (no joke). So, let's get into some phraseSupport the show

This is my official rebrand.
My journey as a TOEFL iBT coach has come to a powerful close, and with it, the era of TOEFL-focused podcasts. What began as a mission to help students pass…
Welcome to the next chapter: High Performance Coaching.
This journey didn’t begin today. It began on January 3rd, 2016, when I made a decision that would forever change the trajectory of my life. Immersing myself in Napoleon Hill’s Law of Success, Jack Canfield’s Success Principles, and Lisa Nichols’ Abundance Now, I found the mindset and tools that helped me rise above the vehement and relentless racial discrimination I faced in this country. Those challenges did not break me — they built me.
In 2017, I made one of the most courageous decisions of my life: I walked away from a toxic job at New Education World in Future Park Rangsit. That leap of faith led to the creation of this very podcast on March 27th, 2018.
From ESL beginnings to TOEFL iTP episodes in 2019, and eventually into the TOEFL iBT space, what followed was an unbelievable 5.5-year journey. I built my own online business from the ground up and helped propel hundreds — perhaps even thousands — of students toward success. Watching others achieve their dreams became one of the greatest honors of my life.
But growth demands evolution.
As the TOEFL episodes began to slow, something remarkable happened — my coaching episodes surged. More listeners tuned in. More lives were impacted. The message was clear: this is where I am meant to go next.
High performance is no longer just something I teach — it is the life I live.
Later this year, I will take another major step forward by earning my license from Burke and Isobel in South Africa to become a licensed transformation coach. Soon after, I will continue my expansion through the High Performance Coaching program with Brendon Burchard.
Because this mission is not about helping someone pass a test.
It’s about helping people redesign their lives.
It’s about resilience, courage, reinvention, and stepping into the person you were always meant to become.
And now — you are stepping into this new phase with me.
At some point, there will be programs and products designed to accelerate your growth. But first, I am committed to becoming the very best transformation coach I can possibly be — because you deserve nothing less.
If you feel called to grow…
If you are ready to challenge your limits…
If you know you are meant for more…
You are in the right place.
Leave a like, subscribe, send fan mail, and even consider supporting the podcast — and most importantly, embark with me on this unbelievable journey.
This is only the beginning.
