James Laurinaitis has developed the room to the point that a group that lost its leader and most productive player can essentially not be missed. That's not a knock on the now-departed Cody Simon. It's a salute to a player who clearly left the room in a quality place. Now guys are ready to take over his role both on the field and in the locker room as leaders.
