to me that is similar to like, the u.s.  going to a party , and the u.s. is not able to party with the european techno artist  because the r&b  artist wouldnt let them in and told the u.s. that there were no european techo artists out there.  so then the u.s. parties with the r&b artist instead of the european techno artist     and unfortunately hooks up the r&b artist.  but its only because the u.s. didnt know there were other options

to me, it is really lame that r&b collaborated with european techno   but then   shut european artists out of touring here      it didnt make sense to me even back then   that so many  r&b  artists were everywhere    now you find out in the 2020's  that it may be because european artists were shut out of coming to the u.s.  

i really do think whoever shut aqua out of touring in the u.s. changed the history of the u.s.
