you can invest in venezuela but they can agree to the plans and can keep control of the oil

at this point, it could have been private ships for anyone knows that went there to do that    there are a lot of wealthy people in the world who probably have enough money to buy equipment that looks like military equipment     there are rich people that do that kind of stuff all the time 

any country with a military could have gone to venezuela to capture their leader    its not special     its just that no one else did it

the point is , no one invested in latin america.  the idea may have been a good idea to get rid of maduro,  but getting rid of maduro and taking the oil is not a good idea.   the idea to get rid of maduro may have been a good one   but instead the venezuelans can keep control of the oil and the country   but it can be  that the u.s. decided to invest in venezuela and venezuela agreed to it 

it would be great if the u.s. invested in latin america. but they can agree to it and keep their resources    the idea for venezuela may have been a good one   its just that venezuela can keep control of the oil and partner with the u.s.

latin america did not get investment proposals probably for a long time   they were just sitting there
